You have been automatically banned for the specified reason. As a few “intelligent” players want to bypass bans, this automatic ban system has been enabled. Those people seemingly do not understand that they are the problem and not the other way around, as proper behaviour and a fair gameplay is key for everyone to have fun together.

Depending on the reason for your ban:

• you might have been using a VPN
• violated ingame rules (especially cheating) or repeatedly violating other rules
• or just tried to avoid being banned by other means.

Occasionally this ban system might also ban players that are not actually the target of those bans, but might share the same IP address at some point by having the same internet service provider.

Other reasons might be that you are using an IP that is actually one designated for hosting. It is possible to whitelist one IP that you might be using in order to hide your real IP by hosting your own VPN server. If that is the case for you, you can contact me.

In case you think you did nothing wrong and I can confirm that you are not the targeted person of that ban, you can contact me to be whitelisted.
